Tall Dwarfs - Nothing's Going to Happen from the album Hello Cruel World circa 1981. In my opinion, one of the greatest bands ever. At the very least, deserving of a lot more attention than they've had. Which isn't much. Though they have been very influential, especially among the Elephant 6 bands such as Neutral Milk Hotel, The Olivia Tremor Control, etc. Good stuff.
