Well it looked to me like they were only bothering him because he was walking around naked on drugs. If he'd actually done something wrong that we don't see then maybe half those cops and a lot less pepper spray could have been called for.

uh... did nobody else see that he was bloody? I guess its behind the blurring for much of it.

Also note that people who seem to know him are telling him to get down on the background,... an uncontrollable, bloody person in my neighborhood would warrant a call to the cops whether they were naked or not.

I've seen guys on PCP. That stuff is nuts! The cop tazered him but he shrugged it off like it was barely a tickle. Took 7 officers just to keep him restrained long enough to cuff him. That was after several bloody noses and cuts on the officers.

And I didn't feel sorry at all that he was arrested for walking around naked and masturbating all over the place. I don't want that in my neighborhood.
